Availability of delivery

  • All regions in the Netherlands and Belgium

Shipping time and costs

  • Estimated delivery time: Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be delivered from the moment it is placed.

  • Estimated delivery time during peak periods: During holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year, shipping may take up to 5 working days longer.

  • Estimated delivery time for pre-orders: Delivery times are stated on the product page before the sale.

Questions about shipping

We ship from warehouses in the Netherlands.

*Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to size.

Normally it takes 1-2 business days to ship an order from the warehouse. Shipping times vary based on holidays.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at the email address Jack.yin@air-baggy.com. If the package has not been shipped yet, our customer service team will manually adjust the address for you. If the address cannot be changed and the package needs to be returned according to the policy of the logistics provider, our customer service team will resend the product for you.

If your package has been lost, please contact the logistics provider and then contact us directly.

Once this is confirmed, we will file a claim with the logistics provider and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Track order

You can go to the Track Order page and enter your order number or tracking number to check this.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email or text message.

With this number you can track the status of your shipment.

If you cannot check the specific logistics information within 2 business days after receiving your tracking number, it may be due to a delay in the system.
